Dr. Ally Ossege-Lusk, PT, DPT, OCS
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and Owner of Core Restore Physical Therapy
As a pelvic floor physical therapist and mom of two, I understand both professionally and personally how deeply pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and motherhood can impact the body and nervous system. My practice blends pelvic floor therapy, evidence-based movement science, and visceral manipulation techniques to help people reconnect with their bodies, heal from pain and dysfunction, and feel safe moving again. I’m passionate about looking beyond symptoms alone and helping uncover the deeper movement patterns, tension, and compensations that may be contributing to discomfort or pelvic floor dysfunction. Through both in-office and in-home care, my goal is to help people heal, move, thrive, and feel supported throughout every stage of life.
One of the foundations of my work is honoring the mind-body connection. I recognize that stress, trauma, pregnancy, surgery, chronic pain, and the demands of motherhood can all influence the nervous system and the way the body holds tension. I use gentle hands-on techniques, movement retraining, and nervous system-informed care to help create a sense of safety within the body so healing can occur more naturally. My approach is holistic while still grounded in evidence-based physical therapy principles, allowing me to bridge orthopedic care, pelvic health, and whole-body healing.
I’m especially excited to collaborate with providers who share a trauma-informed and compassionate philosophy of care. As both a clinician and a mother, I know firsthand the joys, challenges, and identity shifts that come with pregnancy and parenting. I believe healing happens best when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Whether someone is navigating pelvic pain, leaking, prolapse symptoms, postpartum recovery, or simply trying to reconnect with their body again, I aim to provide care that empowers people to feel strong, resilient, and at home within themselves.
