A SoulFull Approach to
Pregnancy Support

Pregnancy is a powerful threshold, one that asks us to transform and expand physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

While this transition can be challenging, it is also full of potential. When we have adequate support through pregnancy and postpartum, this time can be sacred, creative and profound.

That’s why my prenatal yoga classes in Littleton, CO offer more than movement. Here, you’ll find a deeper connection to your body and your baby, as well as a meaningful bond with other mothers walking a similar path. There is space to be with all the questions, to move with all the emotions, and to tap into your deep inner wisdom.

Rooted in somatic yoga therapy and nervous system science, these classes are small and trauma-informed, creating space for genuine community, nourishing movement, regulating breath and intuitive embodiment.

Testimonials

Alexi has provided me tremendous support throughout my pregnancy. I knew I wanted community and so I first joined her prenatal yoga class. Not only did I get the support I wanted but she tailored the classes to our needs and provided us with resources to help along the way. I didn’t know I needed therapy but I decided to try her somatic healing. I’m convinced every pregnant woman should try it. It connected me to my body and my baby in a way I didn’t realize I was missing. I’m forever grateful and look forward to continue utilizing her support through postpartum.

Alexi is fantastic at what she does and I can’t recommend her enough. Along with everything she did for me regarding postpartum Doula items, it was also really healing and comforting to have a fellow mother here who could listen to me and relate to what I was going through!!

Christine Postpartum Doula Support, Womb Closing

Alexi is a true healer. I’ve had reiki, somatic healing and a womb closing ceremony with her. She is pure magic and makes me feel safe, nurtured and held. I feel so much better everytime I see her as well as validated.

Jane Somatic Healing, Womb Closing

Alexi made me feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning of the womb closing ceremony! She took time to ask about my intentions and listen to my birth stories, which made the ceremony feel deeply personal. The experience included smoke clearing, flower brushing, chakra meditation, bodywork, and wrapping in scarves—each part helping me release what I no longer needed and step into a new chapter as a mama of two. I left feeling lighter, more expansive, and truly nourished. A beautiful and transformative experience!

I was 6 years postpartum when I had the fortune of receiving Alexi’s gentle guidance & only had a few sessions - but even those few sessions helped me center back into my body & work towards healing years of persistent pelvic pain… at one of the hardest times of my life! Miraculous is the word that comes to mind for the possibility within her work. I look forward to returning to learn from her again in the future.

CC Somatic Healing Sessions

Alexi was such an amazing asset to my birth recovery. As my postpartum doula she was able to help out with housework, a few breastfeeding things (she helped immensely with how to prop the baby in my space for more comfortable feeding), herbal healing (teas/footbaths), and the amazing Closing of the Womb ceremony she performed.

I have seen her for healing around my cesarean birth and have felt a significant shift in my body and spirit since going. If you are a new mom, postpartum or pregnant, I definitely recommend you go see her!

A Place to Strengthen, Expand & Belong

Breath

In Prenatal Yoga, we breathe to support our nervous systems, to invite our pelvic floors to soften and open, and to connect with the rhythms of life within us.
Learning to breathe into the pelvic bowl is an essential skill for labor and the first tool in our kit to begin healing postpartum.

Movement

Movement supports our bodies during the daily changes of pregnancy, inviting tight places to release, weak places to strengthen, and stuck energy to move so that we can find peace and balance.
However, some common yoga poses can actually aggravate certain pregnancy conditions. These classes can be modified to keep you safe, supported and empowered.

Community

Each class holds an invitation to check in, to share, to consider what elements of Motherhood feel scary, feel exciting, or need support. Hearing and being heard by other mothers at this time is nourishing on a soul level.

You Are Not Alone

I’m Alexi Neal, a Holistic Postpartum Doula, Trauma-Informed Somatic Healer and Mom to two tiny humans.

In over 13 years of supporting healing in the body and beyond, I have become a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist, a Reiki Master, and a continuous student of neuroscience, the nervous system, and human deveopment. I was trained as a Postpartum Doula by my own homebirth midwife, Geneva Montano.

I have also specialized in Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Therapy for the Pelvic Floor, Holistic Postpartum Recovery, Matrescence, Ayurveda, and Trauma Informed Care. My practice brings together modern research and ancient wisdom.

My own journey into Motherhood journey sparked the call work with mothers. For 5 years, I applied this knowledge to supporting trauma survivors in healing, integrating and building thriving lives through individual and group support. But when I became a mother, I faced my own reckoning with the dramatic life changes that occur through this portal. It’s a time that needs far more attention, preparation, and support than our culture believes. But when we provide that support, it is rich with creative, dynamic and evolutionary potential.

Now, my mission is to hold mothers through this threshold, so they can emerge vibrant and rooted.
